The legacy
When the house is finished, the intention is for the project to continue.
The idea is that Fundación Norma is born from this: free training in digital tools for people from Riacho He Hé.
It does not exist as an organisation yet. It has no legal personality, no statute, no board. We say so because claiming otherwise would be the first false fact in a project that holds together precisely by not having any.
The name comes from what she did. Norma worked so the stories of her town would be heard; what follows is teaching the tools with which those stories are told today.
The first programme would be called Riacho Conecta. There are no dates, no places, no enrolment and no syllabus: when something is decided, it will be published here.
Where things stand
Fundación Norma is an intention, not an entity. It has no legal personality, no statute, no tax ID, and no account of its own. Today's gifts go to rebuilding the house.
When the foundation actually exists, this page will say so with the papers in view.
First, the house
None of this starts before the family has a place to live. That is the work now.
